Alan Davey and Blair Dunlop’s Christmas wishes for the music industry

Joining the Dots have been asking various people what their wish for Christmas is for the music industry…here are the first two in a series of videos.

The scheme is a new support programme, run by the hub, for entrepreneurial artists, promoters and others working in independent music in England. It’s there to support game-changing ideas, share know-how and connect people.

First up, with his wish for Christmas, is musician Blair Dunlop (@blairdunlop) who asks for the removal of the ‘shuffle’ button…

Next up is @armslengthal , Alan Davey (chief executive of Arts Council England) asking for more places for musicians to play live…

Also worth a watch is the Joining the Dots introductory video
